Refund and Warranty Policy
At Rhino3D.Education, our goal is to ensure you acquire the skills and technical knowledge you need to take your projects to the next level. We understand that plans can change or that a selected course may not always fit your current needs. Therefore, we offer a clear and transparent refund policy.
1. 15-Day Warranty Window
We offer a 15-calendar-day satisfaction guarantee starting from the purchase date of any of our courses or certifications.
- Within 15 days: If for any reason you are not satisfied with the content, you can request a 100% refund of your money.
- After 15 days: Once this 15-day period from the purchase date has passed, no refunds or returns will be issued under any circumstances. No exceptions.
2. Conditions for a Refund
To prevent platform abuse and protect our instructors' intellectual property, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- The request must be made strictly within 15 days of purchase.
- The user must not have completed more than 20% of the course, nor downloaded all the practice files, Grasshopper scripts, or exclusive supplementary material.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you meet the requirements above, the process is very simple:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Refund Request - Course Name.
- Include your full name and the email address used for registration.
Our team will review your case and, if it meets the conditions, process the refund. The money will be credited back to the same payment method used for the purchase (processing times depend on your bank or payment platform and usually take between 5 and 10 business days).
